Franklin Circuit Court Clerk Neysa Railbe and the clerk’s office employees wore their “We are essential; We work elections” T-shirts Friday, July 10. The clerk’s office continues to work toward the 2020 General Election, Tuesday, Nov. 3. Anyone with questions concerning working at the poll locations or with voting in general, call 765-647-5111 Ext 3. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed from noon to 1 p.m. daily.
