Lukas R. Hall, 23, Haytown Hill Road, Metamora, was arrested at 4:58 p.m., in Metamora, by Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Dusty Hill for Possession of Marijuana/Hash Oil/Hashish/Salvia.
